WAVi Scan System
In plain terms: a 20-minute brain recording in your office. The patient wears a light headset and listens to a series of tones. You get brain-rhythm and response-time numbers you can compare each time you retest.
- $19,125All in: device, install, training, workflow setup
- 20 minPer patient, in your office
- $0Software or per-scan fees
- 90Sessions of disposables ship with it. Then $50 a session, with volume pricing on larger orders
- Who it fits
- Adults with a documented memory, attention or processing-speed complaint whose clinician wants an objective starting point; patients in a cash-pay brain-health or longevity program who are retested over time; and patients whose treating provider orders a BMTG Post-Injury Brain Function Report. Why: the same 20-minute recording, repeated when the clinician orders it, gives numbers to compare over time.
- What it measures
- Brain rhythms at rest (EEG, with QEEG band power and coherence), the P300 response to a tone (amplitude and latency: its strength and timing), and reaction time, all from one session.
- What ships
- Headset, amplifier, headphones, ear clips and the WAVi software.
- How billing works
- Your payer decides coverage. Each service is coded on its own: the EEG recording, the physician's analysis, and the standardized tests. Coverage depends on your contractor's policy, the documented indication, the equipment and method, and the interpreting physician.
- Billing codes and CY2026 Medicare amounts
-
Billed only when medically necessary for a documented sign or symptom. CY2026 Medicare national amounts, non-facility; each payer sets its own rate. Listing a code is not a promise of payment. Confirm every code with your own biller before the first claim.
